Create a premiere event to draw a young and creative audience to Brooklyn’s hottest waterfront maker space, showing off Industry City’s growing campus and featuring many well-loved eateries and vendors.
OUR APPROACH \\\
For this activation, we developed a brand new, fully customized version of our flagship puzzle hunt, The Great Gotham Challenge. The immersive hunt sent hundreds of puzzle and experience enthusiasts throughout Industry City’s 6 million-square-foot complex, searching for cleverly hidden clues that could only be solved through meaningful interactions with the many small businesses that made their home there.
Highlights: Employing tenant partnerships to create a custom-molded chocolate puzzle bar from NYC’s oldest chocolatier, a room papered in high-end wallpaper that concealed a code, hot coffee from Industry City’s famous coffee bar that catalyzed a heat-activated mug, and a speakeasy complete with a live jazz band located inside a freight elevator!
